Aleksi picks up

Design Rabbits is the studio of Aleksi Damyanov Yanchev.

You talk the site through with Aleksi, and Aleksi is the one who answers for it turning out the way you agreed.

What we do, and what we don't

We build sites for hotels and guest houses, restaurants, tavernas, shops, practices and small businesses along the coast and around Burgas.

We don't write copy or take photos. If you need either, we'll tell you who to ask.

The Old Town isn't just an address

The studio is in Nessebar's Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In practice, a guest house in the Old Town is a few minutes' walk away, and Sunny Beach or Burgas is a short drive rather than a day out.

It also means seeing up close what the season does to a narrow street in August, and why most sites here get built between October and April. In summer, owners don't have an hour to spare for a new site, so that's the time for conversations and plans for the autumn.

How a conversation usually goes

Most people here would rather start with a call or a Viber message. It's quicker than an email thread that drags on all day. We explain things in plain language, without jargon that helps no one.

Before we've even spoken, you roughly know what it'll cost, because the prices are on the site. That leaves the call for your business, not for haggling.

A few things we won't do

We don't buy fake reviews on your behalf. We don't promise page-one rankings, because nobody can honestly guarantee that. And we don't lock you into a system you can't leave.

A small studio, plainly stated

Design Rabbits isn't an agency with floors and departments. The upside: you get a straight answer, and nobody passes you along. The downside: only so many projects can run at once, so it pays to start in good time.

From Aleksi

I read every enquiry and answer each one myself.

You get a clear price and a deadline I can keep. If your business is on the coast, the season sets your calendar, so I'd rather we start in autumn or winter than in the last week of April.
