Privacy policy

Design Rabbits is a small studio — when you write to us, the message comes straight to us, no middlemen. This page explains what we collect when you get in touch and what rights you have.
This isn't legal advice, just a plain account of what we actually do.
Who runs this site
This site is run by Aleksi Damyanov Yanchev, trading as Design Rabbits, ul. Krajbrezhna 18, Staria Grad, 8231 Nessebar. Aleksi Damyanov Yanchev is responsible for the data described on this page.
What we collect
Through the enquiry form on the site, we collect only what you send us:
- Name
- Email and/or phone — at least one of the two is required
- Business name or current website (optional)
- What you're looking for — selected chips (one-page site, business site, hotel/guest house/apartments, shop, redesign, care plan)
- Languages you want the site in
- When you'd like it live
- Rough budget (optional)
- Your message
To keep the form spam-free, we use a few technical measures that don't need any extra personal data: a hidden field real visitors never see; a minimum time between the page loading and the form being sent; and an hourly counter of submissions from a given sender, stored as a file named with a one-way hash of the address and the hour — the file is deleted within 24 hours. If a message fails to reach us because of a technical error, the server error log records only the domain of the sender's email address (for example "gmail.com"), never the full address.
Hosting access logs
The hosting provider behind the site may keep standard server access logs — IP address, time, page requested, browser — under its own retention settings. Design Rabbits doesn't use these logs to track or profile visitors.
Why we're allowed to process this
When you write to us through the form, we process your details to take steps at your request before a possible contract — for instance, to reply or send you a quote (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The anti-spam measures rest on our legitimate interest in keeping the form usable and our inbox readable (Article 6(1)(f)).
Who sees it
Nobody but us. The form's message goes straight to the studio's mailbox through the hosting server's own mail system — no CRM, no marketing platform, no third party it gets passed on to.
How long we keep it
An enquiry stays with us while we're discussing the project. If nothing comes of it, we delete it within 12 months. If we do take the project on, the correspondence stays with the project's records for as long as accounting and contract law requires. The anti-spam counter file is gone within 24 hours.
Where it's stored
Form data sits on the servers of the site's hosting provider, and every message additionally lands in the studio's mailbox.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Have it deleted
- Restrict how it's processed
- Object to the processing
- Data portability
To use any of these, email hello@designrabbits.com or call +359 888 325 570. We reply within one month — the GDPR deadline.
If you think we've mishandled your data, you can complain to Bulgaria's Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd, Sofia 1592, www.cpdp.bg.
