Prices, on the page, not on the phone
Below are the five kinds of site we build, each with a starting price. That's unusual round here: most studios won't name a figure until you've contacted them. We'd rather you saw it straight away.
The “from” price is a real starting point for the scope described, not a hook to get you on the phone. What moves it is concrete (it's all listed below), and the final figure comes in writing after a short conversation.
5–8 weeks from the day we have your text and photos.
Hotel, guest house or apartments site
For hotels, guest houses and apartments that want more guests writing to them directly rather than through Booking.com.
from €1,900
- Bulgarian and English, both included
- A page for every room or apartment
- Gallery
- Direct-enquiry form with dates and guest numbers
- A seasonal price table you edit yourself
- A link to your Booking.com or Airbnb listing, if you want one
- Google Business Profile
No online payment by default: the enquiry comes to you, and you confirm it.
Your Booking.com or Airbnb listing stays where it is. The site can even link to it.
The difference is that guests who find you directly have somewhere to write to you, with no middleman and no commission on that enquiry.

From €200 per language. Translation isn't included; if you don't have one, we can point you to someone who can help.
Redesign
Priced as the equivalent new site. Moving your existing content across is included.
Copywriting and photography
Not in any package: the site is built from your material. If you don't have it ready, we'll point you to people who write and photograph.
Payment and revisions
50% to start, 50% at launch.
Two rounds of design changes and one round of changes to the built site are included. Anything beyond that is priced separately, and you'll know the figure before we start.
Final price is confirmed in writing after a short call. VAT treatment is shown on the quote.
What actually moves the price
The “from” price covers the simplest version of each site. Here's what pushes it up:
- · Languages. English is included in the hospitality package only; every extra language is an add-on.
- · Bookings. A form with dates and guest numbers is one thing; a calendar showing real availability is quite another.
- · Number of products: a 15-item catalogue is different work from a 60-item one.
- · Whether your content is ready. Missing text and photos don't raise the price, but they do stretch the timeline. Help pulling them together is a separate service.
